Izooki Refund Policy

At Izooki, we are dedicated to providing products that promote natural relief and balance. We believe in the effectiveness of our foot pads and recommend that you use them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at hello@izooki.com.

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, the order may have already entered processing and may not be eligible for modification. If canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We’re confident in the benefits of our products and encourage you to try Izooki foot pads for at least 14 days. If you are not fully satisfied after this time, you may request a return within 60 days under our money-back guarantee. Please note that once used, the product cannot be returned, and shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or emailing us directly at hello@izooki.com. To expedite your return, please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for the order.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging to ensure your products arrive safely. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or arrives physically broken. Minor issues with packaging (such as dented boxes) where the product remains in good condition are not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@izooki.com within 72 hours of delivery, including a clear photo of the damage. We will assess whether you are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost. Please note, we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, including those by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen factors. For any delivery issues, please reach out to the courier directly. Izooki is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If you need to update the address, notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Failure to do so may result in ineligibility for a resend or refund.
